One in five bullied at work

The Chartered Institute Of Personnel and Development has revealed that 20% of British workers have experienced some bullying at work over the last two years.

The findings revealed that bullies as you might expect targeted those different to the rest in their power play and that ethnic minority or disabled staff were more likely than others to suffer bullying.

Compared with 18% of white and non-disabled who had suffered 30% of black and Asian and 37% of disabled had been bullied.

Being disabled is challenging enough without the additional problem of bullying so if you have suffered do get in touch for a free confidential no obligation chat.

Sharing the problem is often half the battle and you will find our staff helpful, experienced and with a sympathetic ear.
