Customers beat the banks

Claiming against the high street banks which have fleeced customers for millions could not now be easier.

The banks as you know have been forced to reduce their charges following intervention by the OFT and are under pressure to speed up their cheque handling facility.

Personally at Business lawyers we would like to see better service generally from all banks since our own and our clients' complaints are lengthy but specifically we would like to see quicker transfer of money from online merchant accounts to traders accounts(why there is a month delay we do not know) as well as much fairer interest rate dealings.We do not see there is a good reason why banks are quick to increase the rate of borrowing following an increase in the Base Rate but very slow to do the same with savings accounts.
