Recruitment and Strategic Opportunities
At Business Lawyers we are different from the traditional legal practice in how we work, how we provide services to clients and how we approach the legal services market in the SME sector.
In terms of recruitment this shows as we
offer real rewards for lawyers who are different and who are prepared for hard work in an alternative legal environment.
For all work you generate above £100,000 we are offering you the opportunity to keep 75% of what you bill whilst for leads we provide to you the split is 50%. This provides lawyers with a real sense of a share in the business-something senior associates may feel is lacking at their present practices.
As innovative, entrepreneurial and “forward thinking” our lawyers express a “can do” attitude and are used to “thinking outside the box” to bring added value to our clients.
Our solicitors are specialist business lawyers who work throughout the UK from home/virtual offices and are supported by first-class assistants in PA, secretarial, marketing, PR, advertising, IT, telecommunications and finance. Lawyers might like to note that the spirit of the entrepreneurial garage/home/SME office has been celebrated at the recent "Silicon Valley comes to Thames Valley" event hosted at the esteemed Said Business School of Oxford University where the likes of Walt Disney,Mattel,Hewlett Packard,Google and Apple were all recognised as "garage hatched".
